From furniture and accessories to art and decor, to design concepts and inspiration for every room in the house, the seventeenth annual Architectural Digest Design Show has something for everyone.

Over 40,000 design connoisseurs will converge on Piers 92 and 94 for four days in March to sample the wares of over 400 of the world’s leading designers and brands. A few of these brands include David Stine Furniture, East End Interiors, LePage, and NOA Living.

This year’s meticulously curated show will feature brand vignettes and design demonstrations from independent firms and established manufacturers. There will also be seminars and special appearances from industry insiders and experts.

While there will, of course, be appearances by all the major, well-known and respected brands, this show is also a fantastic opportunity to get a front row seat to what’s up and coming in the architecture industry.

Outside of a show like this, a person would never be able to visit and network with so many experts and dealers under the same roof on the same day. It is a must-see event for anyone with even the slightest interest in architecture. It goes without saying that anyone involved in the industry should make a point to be in New York City this March 22-25. I make it a priority to attend this event every year, and every year I come away from the event with more knowledge and connections than I ever had before.

Who’s Afraid of the Contemporary Art Market?

Featuring architect William T. Georgis, art advisor Kim Heirston, and curator Yvonne Force Villareal of Art Production Fund, this panel will engage and educate the audience in the world on high-end contemporary art.

What Will the Market Bear?

Featuring designer Anthony Ingrao of Ingrao Inc. and decorative arts dealers Evan Snyderman of R& Company and Suzanne Demisch of Demisch Danant, this distinguished panel will share their expert opinions and inside knowledge on the hot markets of vintage and contemporary design.

Superstar Design: A Conversation with Amy Astley and Martyn Lawrence Bullard

Architectural Digest Editor-in-Chief Amy Astley and LA-based interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard will deliver the keynote talk. The keynote will give the public a rare glimpse of what it takes to create homes for some of the world’s most discerning celebrities and personalities, including Tommy Hilfiger, Cher, Ellen Pompeo, and Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian.
